The first thing that got our attention was how these were packaged. The air had been removed and then placed in plastic, and again the remaining air removed. This made for easier shipping and delivery, the four pillows we received were in 2 boxes – 2 pillows per box. When we removed them from the box they were flat and as the introduction air continues, that is when we saw these come to life and begin the resemble the traditional pillow shape. The total time from opening to full restore of the pillow size was about 2-3 minutes, if not faster.
