During our adventure to Great Wolf Lodge last week, we stopped at the Dunkin’ Donuts for breakfast. They are featuring two new donuts along with the brand new Sweet and Salted Cold Brew. Dunkin’ Donuts’ Cold Brew Coffee is made by steeping a special blend of coffee in cold water over an extended period of time to extract a uniquely distinctive flavor from the beans. The longer brewing process gives the coffee a rich, ultra-smooth taste with a sweeter flavor. The Sweet and Salted Cold Brew includes liquid sugar cane and is topped off with a special salted whipped topping.
The new Vanilla Truffle and Shamrock Sprinkle Donuts are both great treats to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. The Vanilla Truffle Donut (available for a limited time) is a yeast donut filled with vanilla flavored buttercreme, frosted with chocolate icing and topped with white and dark chocolate curls. While the Shamrock Sprinkle Donut is a yeast ring donut frosted with chocolate icing and topped with adorable shamrock sprinkles. Both of the donuts lived up to our high expectations of great flavor, fresh ingredients, and fluffy texture.
