We first met the folks at Felix Jams at the Summer Fancy Food Show in NYC this past summer. actually really wasn’t familiar with the brand but since meeting them we’ve noticed their jams in our local grocery stores. They’re on the shelves everywhere here in America, coming to us straight from Sweden. Lingonberries grow in the wild in Sweden (think of them as the Swedish cranberry) and since people there can get them pretty readily, for a jam to succeed it has to be special.
