Scratch & Grain Baking Co. was started by two Moms who love to cook with their children and wanted to offer products with the best ingredients. All Scratch & Grain products are GMO free and many of them are also Organic. The founders realize that the future will one day be in the hands of today’s children and we need them healthy! We not only need them to be healthy, but smart too, so Scratch & Grain will donate part of their profits to local education. As they grow, they hope to be able to give back more and expand to additional charities.
The cookie kits come with almost everything that is needed with the exception of eggs and you will also need butter and cream cheese if you choose to make the cream cheese frosting. This recipe includes two frosting options, the aforementioned cream cheese or a Royal Icing.
