The Performance Trail hiking socks also impressed me. They fit my feet even better than the other pair and stayed in place every time I wore them. They have just enough cushioning in the heel and ball of the foot for a lightweight hiker. Both styles were comfortable, well-made, and did a great job of keeping my feet dry and warm with their ability to wick moisture and regulate temperature. The packaging also states that they are flame resistant, though if you need your socks to be flame resistant, perhaps you’re putting your feet a little too close to the campfire.
