Although we love our family all year round, Valentine’s Day is a humble reminder to show some extra attention. Some shower their loved ones with a variety of classic gifts like decadent chocolates, flowers, a stuffed bear and a card. Others choose to do random acts of kindness like volunteering at an animal shelter or buy food for a homeless person. While still others give gifts that have longevity and emotions attached, like books or jewelry. I’m a big fan of giving books that reflect the occasion and with Valentines approaching with great alacrity, I’ve got several selected.
Heart Thoughts is a lovely compendium of positive quotes, meditations and more. It talks about things we would experience in our everyday life and offers guidance and suggestions in various areas where we may feel challenged. This book will lift your spirit, get you to believe in yourself and listen to your heart, release old beliefs and patterns and more importantly get you working to the ultimate goal of loving yourself unconditionally.
