We were already fans of the Breville Smart Oven because of its intuitive features and ability to do pretty much everything we ask of our standard-size oven. The Breville Mini Smart Oven has all of the same great features in a more compact size. We particularly like the “A Bit More” function that allows you to add just the time you need to make your toast to your liking. Don’t forget to have the Meyer Lemon Marmalade or Apricot Jam ready for when that toast is ready.
