The Caramel Turtle Pie Bites, which are a smooth chocolate caramel ganache coated in a chocolate pecan candy, caramel and graham cracker crust. These were flavorful, and the chocolate is not overly sweet where you feel you have a sugar bomb. The caramel was prominent and a nice addition to this truffle. The second JC’s Pie Bites I tasted was the S’mores, which tasted just like a s’mores! The s’mores are made of chocolate ganache coated in a toasted marshmallow, milk chocolate and graham cracker crust. These have a nice crunch and are similar to the Caramel Turtle in that they were flavorful and not overly sweet.
