It was started by Michelle Pusateri who wanted to create something nourishing that she could eat in between surfing. This has a variety of things in it – rolled oats, maple syrup, pieces of cocoa nibs, cranberries and more! we thought this granola was perfect with yogurt. It wasn’t too chunky and it blended nicely in our yogurt – wasn’t totally awkward to eat with a spoon. It was a healthier granola too – not a whole lot of junk in it, and that is greatly appreciated.
