Our two youngest kids are big fans of Ladybug and Cat Noir, so they were thrilled to watch Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir: Be Miraculous, which is now out on dvd. The duo of Ladybug and Cat Noir is the perfect superhero combo, and together these two heroes take on evil. The superheroes are actually Marinette and Adrien, two young students, who have a secret life, and they do a lot of good with their secret talents. This series is set in Paris, and together with their wit, a miraculous stick and a magic yo yo Ladybug and Cat Noir fight bad all throughout the city. The combination of a little romance with a little action seems to appeal to both the boys and the girls in our house, and it’s not often that we find something everyone wants to watch. The story lines are well written, and this is a fun, upbeat, high quality show, and I sure wish the kids’ tv stations would air more quality shows like it.
