Today’s prize comes from Thermaltake so it should come as no surprise that it features both water and RGB. The Water 3.0 280 Riing RGB Edition all-in-one liquid cooler comes with Riing RGB static pressure fans, a hardware controller to play with all them lights (I’m pretty sure some of you will be happy not having to install software1), and a promise from Thermaltake that it runs both cool and quiet.
